Working in surveying, computing, teaching, builder`s labourer with an interest in art, and science research. Wood burning stove, great for cozy winter evenings by the fire. Six minute walk to Didcot town centre, 17 to Didcot Parkway railway station and 7 to Sainsburys. 30 seconds to to local shop for milk etc, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway. 2 mins to Didcot Leisure Centre, and 2 mins to the start of the the railway track to the Millenium Wood, Mowbray Fields nature reserve, and the pretty villages of East Hagbourne, Upton and the downs for jogging and cycling. Bills included, central heating up to £1320/yr, which has been fine so far, with sensible use, so there is nothing extra to pay. There is a cleaning/mowing rota in place.
